With it's built in Megapixel camera, battery and 3G communications the SeSys Torch Camera is a stand alone system, offering a complete portable monitoring solution. It was awarded the prestigious Hardware Award and Innovation Award at the IP Security Awards 2009, less than a month after it's release. Six months later the Homeland Security Award at the Merlion Awards held at Safety and Security Asia was awarded to the Torch Camera.

The key to the Torch Camera is it's portability and flexibility. The built in 3G communications allow for it to be positioned on any site, even those without a fixed broadband line. The built in battery provides several hours of coverage and can be used in conjunction with renewable energy sources such as wind, solar or water power.
