SeSys were approached by a popular holiday resort in Southern Spain in 2005.  They had become concerned about security within the complex, and wished to remain one of Spain’s safest holiday resorts. An existing camera system was already in place but could no longer be expanded due to network restraints.

SeSys were contacted by the head of the resort security team to conduct site visits with the view to supplying cameras to monitor the most problematic areas.  During this consultation period it was decided that due to the size of the site it would be beneficial to utilize multipoint wireless, transmitting all camera data back to one central point.  One of the considerations during this period was the supply of regional technical assistance.  This led to SeSys establishing a local IT Engineering company as its official Spanish distributor and installer.

Following the site evaluation the customer decided to go ahead with SeSys wireless solution, installing four cameras, with a view to expanding the network following the installation.
The install itself was extremely time critical, as the cameras and the network infrastructure needed to be installed before the peak holiday period began in July.  The final order was received in May and installation was completed by mid June, before the peak season began.

With the aid of SeSys cameras the customer is now able to view all areas of the resort and identify any problems quickly, allowing the security staff to deal with them efficiently.  This reassures visitors to the resort, knowing they can enjoy their stay at the resort in safety.
